Yups.. senin 8 desember kemarin blogger GTMC nyambangi JMS 2008 di JCC senayan Jakarta euy!! Mumpung libur aga panjang, kenapa ga skalian aja dipake touring Garut-Jakarta sama "yayang" blogger buat ngeliat pameran motor 2 tahunan paling mutakhir di Indonesia. Perjalanan mengambil jalur purwakarta (curug) dengan pertimbangan waktu dan jarak yang lebih dekat, meskipun ditemani hujan sepanjang perjalanan. Setelah 5 jam perjalanan, akhirnya tiba di JCC sekitar jam 13.00. Blogger pun segera masuk ke pameran dengan membeli tiket masuk sebesar Rp. 15.000. Sebagai informasi ajah, untuk hari sabtu-minggu harga tiket lebih mahal menjadi Rp 20.00. Pertama kali masuk, ada satu tempat yg menjadi tujuan pertama blogger…. Musholla atuh! Ternyata ada juga ruang musholla yang berbentuk bilik terpisah untuk laki2 dan perempuan. Letaknya terpisah dengan aula ruang pameran, tepatnya di sebuah hall di samping belakang aula JCC yang juga terdapat bilik pers untuk membantu peliputan. Mengintip keluar dari hall tersebut, teryata ada beberapa motor baru yang mungkin di lepas setelah pameran JMS ini seperti new satria fu 150 dan kanzen roadwin 200 yang khusus di jadikan unit tes drive wartawan maupun
pengunjung. Selanjutnya yang menjadi tujuan blogger adalah booth / stand Suzuki. Mata pun menatap tajam mencari motor yang memang ditunggu2.. Thunder 150i!! Tetapi tampaknya Suzuki belum juga mau mengeluarkan varian sport anyarnya tersebut di momen khusus seperti JMS 2008 ini. Kecewa sihh.. tp ya udah.. lanjut wae blogger berusaha menikmati area booth berukuran 30 x 24 M² yang di desain atraktif & modern tersebut. Bintang dari segala bintang di booth Suzuki tampaknya diraih 2 motor konsep Suzuki Internasional ; Biplane dan Crosscage yang kental aura futuristik & sensasional. Sesuai namanya, biplane terinspirasi dari pesawat terbang. Dengan desain ramping dan ergonomis yang mampu merefleksikan kemampuan akselerasi, biplane mampu menciptakan pengalaman akselerasi layaknya saat “take off” pesawat terbang karena ditenagai mesin V-four silinder 1000 cc DOHC.
Sedangkan Suzuki crosscage adalah jawaban Suzuki akan tuntutan motor yang ramah lingkungan. Dirancang dgn desain ‘compact’ dan simple, crosscage dipersenjatai dapur pacu fuel-cell yang hemat energi. Bahkan mampu menggerakan crosscage sejauh 200km sebelum tangki hidrogennya habis. Dilengkapi ‘frame cage’ ramping yang melindungi tagki hidrogen, fuel-cell, serta batere io-lithium, Suzuki menunjukan bahwa konsep ramah lingkungan jg bisa disandingkan dgn unsur fun dan sportif.
Motor konsep lain yg dihadirkan Suzuki adalah SD-01 & SD-02 yang bermodel skuter elektrik. Ada jg motor prototype GSV-R yg jadi andalan Chris vermuelen di motogp. Suzuki jg memajang line up motor2 besarnya yang memang dijual CBU di Indonesia seperti Hayabusa, B-king, GSX-R 600, GSR 600, DR-Z 400, Burgman 650, RM-Z series, dan penghuni baru line up moge CBU mereka..Suzuki Gemma 250. Big skutik paling laris di jepang saat ini. Tidak ketinggalan dipajang motor2 produksi PT.IMNI yg kini jg diperkuat New Satria FU150. Tampaknya Suzuki jg melakukan kerja sama dengan vendor racing kit Yoshimura yang mendisplay versi / edisi Yoshimura di booth Suzuki tersebut. Wah..kayanya mah ga cukup cuma sekali datang di pameran JMS 2008 yang berakhir 14 desember ini. Kapan lg brow..
